電子量杯計容量同時磅重

所謂工欲善其事，必先利其器，尤其以DIY方式調製美味的西式糕點時，用料分量準確度便顯得更重要。



外地有公司推出一款可同時量度容量及重量的電子量杯，可自動換算容量與重量的關係，讓喜愛自製西式糕點人士，可準確掌握用料分量，省卻大量轉換單位麻煩。

這款電子量杯外形與一般量杯分別不大，塑膠杯身上刻有量度單位，可用來量度容量，而手柄上則裝有電子顯示屏，可顯示安士、磅、克及毫升等重量及容量單位。

量杯最特別之處是，可在量度水、果汁及牛奶等液體後，將其重量單位轉化為容量單位，所以無論食譜所寫是甚麼量度單位，都難不到用家。

電子量杯的手柄顯示屏以鋰電池推動，附有電子開關及調校量度單位的手掣，但洗杯時就要注意，不能弄濕手柄。
